Booking.com has launched a flash sale on overwater villas in the Maldives, with discounts of up to 50% for stays this year.

The promotion includes ultra-luxury properties like the St. Regis Maldives and the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, with nightly rates dropping below $800 for the first time since 2020.

The sale comes as the Maldives sees a sharp drop in Chinese tourists, pushing resorts to offer unprecedented deals to fill premium rooms.

Bookings must be made by July 15, and the discounts are valid for travel through December 2026.
