Ukraine hits Russian oil refinery

Ukraine hits Russian oil refinery

The Tuapse facility, which serves as a critical export hub, was hit for the second time in a week despite Russian efforts to bolster air defenses.

Ukrainian military intelligence also claimed responsibility for strikes on two large Russian landing ships in Sevastopol Bay, Crimea.

These operations utilize a new internet-based guidance system that allows drone pilots to hit targets from over 500km away.

The escalating conflict in the Black Sea region continues to impact global energy markets already strained by the war in Iran.
