Gaza activists allege Israeli abuse

Released activists from a Gaza-bound aid flotilla have alleged 'sadistic' sexual abuse and physical torture during their time in Israeli custody.

The detainees, who were deported to Turkey and Europe, described being tasered, beaten, and subjected to humiliating public strip searches by Israeli forces.

Organizers of the Global Sumud Flotilla reported that at least 15 individuals suffered sexual assaults, including rape, while dozens returned with broken bones and severe bruising.

The allegations have sparked international condemnation, with several Western nations summoning Israeli envoys to protest the treatment of their citizens.
