D4vd Charged with Murder

David Burke, known professionally as D4vd, is currently being held in administrative segregation at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles.

An autopsy report released this week revealed that 14-year-old Hernandez died from multiple penetrating injuries to her torso.

D4vd's legal team is exercising his right to have a judge determine within 10 days if there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.
