UNAM admits online exam irregularities

UNAM rector Leonardo Lomelí Vanegas admitted anomalies in the online exam for admission to the university system.

After three days of reviewing the canceled exams in both Oaxaca and Mexico City, the rector stated that all irregularities pointed out are fully documented.

Two individuals linked to fraud during the admission contest were arrested.

The university is taking steps to address the issues while maintaining academic excellence.
