Hegseth Warns on Iran War

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth warned that the United States is 'more than capable' of resuming military operations against Iran if a ceasefire deal is not reached.

Speaking at a security summit in Singapore, Hegseth emphasized that President Trump would only accept a 'great deal' that meets U.S. red lines.

He noted that the U.S. has sufficient weapons stockpiles and remains ready to recommence strikes if Tehran does not agree to nuclear restrictions.

The warning comes as negotiators from both nations struggle to bridge significant differences regarding shipping authority in the Strait of Hormuz.
