Bello El-Rufai defects from APC

Bello El-Rufai, the son of former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, has defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress to the African Democratic Congress.

The defection was announced on the floor of the House of Representatives alongside three other lawmakers.
