SPAR Austria has removed the products from its shelves in Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, and Northern Italy as a precaution.

Authorities believe the contamination may have been intentional and are reviewing security footage from distribution centers.

Parents have been urged to check their pantries and return any potentially affected jars immediately.
