Isak Andic, the billionaire founder of the Spanish fashion brand, died in 2024 during a hiking trip where his son was the only witness.

A judge's ruling cited a potential financial grudge and contradictory statements given by the son as reasons for the renewed scrutiny.

Jonathan Andic has denied any involvement in the death and was released after posting bail of 1 million euros.
