Robinhood Launches AI Trading Agents

Robinhood Markets has officially launched a beta program that allows artificial intelligence agents to execute trades and manage banking tasks for its users.

This new 'Agentic Trading' feature enables customers to connect third-party AI tools to their accounts through a secure Model Context Protocol.

The company also introduced a virtual 'Agentic Credit Card' designed for automated purchases based on pre-set user parameters.

This technological shift represents a major step toward fully automated retail investing, though it has also raised fresh concerns about market volatility and the accountability of AI-driven financial decisions.
