Vance visits Hungary for Orban
Vance praised Orban's 'illiberal democracy' model and criticized the European Union for its perceived influence on the upcoming vote.
The visit comes as Orban's Fidesz party faces a strong challenge from the opposition Tisza party, which is leading in some polls.
During the trip, Vance also addressed the ongoing Middle East conflict, calling the U.S.-Iran ceasefire a 'fragile truce.' The Vice President's endorsement of a far-right European leader has drawn sharp criticism from both domestic and international observers.
