West Bengal HS results released

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the Class 12 Higher Secondary exam results for 2026, showing a strong overall pass rate of 91.2%.

Adrito Paul from Narendrapur Ramkrishna Mission emerged as the state topper, securing a near-perfect score of 496 out of 500.

Official data reveals that girls once again outperformed boys in the examinations, continuing a long-standing academic trend in the state.

The council noted that 64 students were included in the top 10 merit list, representing a diverse range of schools across West Bengal.
