Shooting at Mall of Louisiana

Authorities have taken five suspects into custody following a massive police response that swarmed the state's largest shopping center.

Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry confirmed the 'active shooter scene' and praised law enforcement for their rapid intervention.

Two of the victims remain in critical condition at local hospitals.

While a manhunt continues for at least one additional shooter, police have assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to the area.
