Lululemon probed for 'forever chemicals'

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into Lululemon over the potential presence of harmful 'forever chemicals' in its athletic apparel.

The probe aims to determine if the company misled consumers about the safety and sustainability of its products.

Lululemon has denied the allegations, stating that it stopped using perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) more than two years ago.

The investigation follows a growing national trend of legal and regulatory scrutiny over synthetic chemicals in consumer goods.
