Israel targets Lebanon funeral

The death of a one-year-old child during a burial ceremony has sparked fresh outrage as the conflict in Lebanon continues to escalate.

Israeli forces claim they are targeting Hezbollah infrastructure, including a weapons stash allegedly hidden inside a hospital compound in Bint Jbeil.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited troops in southern Lebanon on Sunday, declaring that the threat of a Hezbollah invasion has been removed.

However, the humanitarian toll is mounting, with Lebanese officials accusing Israel of violating international law by striking civilian gatherings.
