Blue Origin rocket grounded after mishap

Jeff Bezos' space venture, Blue Origin, has suffered a significant setback following a mission 'mishap' during its latest launch from Cape Canaveral.

Although the rocket's first-stage booster performed a flawless landing, a bad engine on the second stage resulted in a satellite being deployed into a useless orbit.

The FAA has ordered a full investigation into the failure, which has sent shares of payload owner AST SpaceMobile tumbling.

The grounding could have broader implications for NASA's Artemis program, which relies on the New Glenn for future lunar missions.
