Saudi Arabia backs FIFA president Infantino

Saudi Arabia, the host of the 2034 men's World Cup, has pledged support for under-pressure FIFA president Gianni Infantino.

The Saudi soccer body acknowledged that global football is at a crossroads.

Infantino has built close soccer and political ties to Saudi Arabia and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his 10-year presidency.
