Trump's WSJ lawsuit dismissed

Judge Darrin Gayles ruled that President Trump failed to prove the Wall Street Journal acted with 'actual malice' in its reporting on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

The lawsuit centered on an article describing a 2003 birthday greeting for Epstein that the newspaper claimed bore Trump's signature.

Trump denied writing the letter and accused the publication of a coordinated effort to tarnish his reputation.

While the case was dismissed, the judge has given the president until April 27 to amend his complaint and refile the suit.
