Trump Blockades Iran's Ports

President Donald Trump has transitioned from kinetic military action to a full-scale naval blockade of Iran, aiming to force concessions without a renewed ground or air onslaught.

The U.S. Navy and Central Command are now patrolling the Strait of Hormuz, turning back tankers and trapping significant portions of the world's oil and gas supplies.

While the administration claims the war is nearing its end, the blockade has already begun to disrupt global shipping lanes and spike energy prices.

Analysts warn that while the maneuver puts immense pressure on the Iranian economy, it risks a global recession if the vital waterway remains closed for an extended period.
