Lululemon Settles with Founder

Lululemon Athletica has resolved its public dispute with founder Chip Wilson through a comprehensive settlement agreement.

The deal will see two of Wilson's preferred candidates join the company's board of directors in exchange for his silence on corporate strategy.

Wilson, who remains the company's largest individual shareholder, has been a vocal critic of the current management team for years.
