Robot Smashes Marathon Record

The second annual robot half-marathon in Beijing saw a technological milestone as a bipedal android finished the 21-kilometer race faster than any human in history.

Developed by smartphone manufacturer Honor, the robot demonstrated exceptional athleticism and autonomous navigation skills during the event.

Over 300 robots from 100 teams participated, with about 40% navigating the course entirely without remote control.
