Palestine Action Terror Ban Upheld by UK Court

The UK Court of Appeal ruled that the government's ban on direct action group Palestine Action as a terrorist organization was lawful.

More than 100 supporters were arrested outside court after the decision.

The ruling upholds a controversial designation that has drawn criticism from civil liberties groups.

The government argued the group's tactics, which include property damage at arms factories, cross the line into terrorism.
