Lebanese Soldiers Killed in Israeli Strike

Two Lebanese officers and one soldier were killed in an Israeli strike on a military vehicle in southern Lebanon.

The incident occurred days after a conditional truce was announced between the two countries.

Brigadier General Wissam Sabra, a captain, and a private were killed during a military tour in the south, an act the Lebanese presidency described as a 'blatant violation' of sovereignty.

This deadly attack, which also saw two IDF soldiers killed in separate incidents, further jeopardizes the fragile US-brokered ceasefire and intensifies regional tensions.
