Russian strike on Ukraine mall kills 16

Russian drone strikes killed at least 16 people and wounded more than 130 at a shopping centre in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, in what President Volodymyr Zelensky called an 'absolute Russian atrocity.' The European Union's foreign policy chief called the attack 'terror by design.' The strike is among the deadliest in recent weeks as Russia escalates its air campaign against Ukrainian cities, with fresh strikes also reported on a railway facility in Kyiv's Darnytsia district.
