Teen Arrested After Seattle Festival Shooting

A 15-year-old suspect is being held in juvenile detention following a deadly shootout at the Bite of Seattle food festival at Seattle Center that killed three people and wounded four others, including a toddler.

Police are searching for a second shooter in connection with the incident, which investigators believe may have been gang-related.

An eyewitness described being "heartsick" over the deaths and injuries.

The suspect is being held for investigation of gun violations and first-degree assault.
