Obama Presidential Center Opens

Barack Obama formally opened his presidential center in Chicago alongside Michelle Obama, celebrating with fellow former presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Joe Biden, though Donald Trump was notably absent.

The opening ceremony featured A-list musical performances by Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, John Legend, and others, drawing a crowd of several thousand.

In his address, Obama urged Americans to turn toward one another again and reaffirmed democratic values.

The center, located on the South Side, is designed as a living celebration of community and Obama's legacy.
