Tornadoes devastate northern Oklahoma

The National Weather Service issued a 'worst-case scenario' warning as monster twisters stayed on the ground for more than 30 minutes.

While only minor injuries have been reported so far, the structural damage in Garfield County is described as extensive.

The storms also forced the Kansas City Chiefs' draft staff to scramble for shelter during the first round of the NFL Draft.

Governor Kevin Stitt has deployed state resources to assist in the recovery and damage assessment efforts.
