Adam Hall jailed for life

Adam Hall, 43, traveled across the United Kingdom to target vulnerable young men, including teenagers as young as 15.

The court heard that Hall intentionally withheld his medication to ensure his viral load remained high before engaging in unprotected sexual acts.

Victims described the 'shattering' impact of their diagnoses, with one being told he was HIV-positive just after stepping off a school bus.

Hall must serve a minimum of 23 years in prison, as health officials urge anyone who had contact with him to seek immediate testing.
