Artemis II crew returns home

Artemis II crew returns home

NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen have been welcomed back to Houston after their record-setting deep-space mission.

The mission provided critical data for future lunar landings, despite social media speculation regarding discoloration of the Orion capsule's heat shield.

The crew has begun a series of post-flight briefings to share their experiences and the scientific achievements of the mission.

This successful return paves the way for the upcoming Artemis III mission, which aims to land humans on the lunar surface.
