Rumen Radev wins Bulgarian election

Radev, a known critic of the European Union and an opponent of military aid to Ukraine, hailed the result as a 'victory of hope.' His coalition is projected to hold at least 129 seats in the 240-seat parliament, potentially ending years of political gridlock and short-lived governments.
