Hundreds of mostly young Indians gathered in New Delhi for the first street protest by the satirical 'Cockroach Janta Party.' The movement, which began as an online joke, is gaining momentum among youth disillusioned with education and job prospects.

The protest, held outside the Gandhi Nagar police station, was sparked by a minor girl's case and saw three individuals detained.

This mock political party, symbolizing the resilience of the marginalized, has now spilled onto Delhi's streets, calling for the resignation of the education minister amid exam scandals and unemployment woes.
