Burnham Shifts UK Power North with No. 10 North

New British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has relocated significant government functions from Downing Street to Manchester, establishing a "No. 10 North" office.

The move aims to devolve power and tackle regional inequality, with mayors set to retain business rates and income tax.

However, some Manchester residents remain sceptical, saying they have long felt ignored by Westminster.
