Pope Leo XIV Visits Africa

Pope Leo XIV's tour of Africa has taken him from Cameroon to Angola as he continues to preach a message of peace and social justice.

In Yaounde, the Pope delivered a pointed message against tyranny, which some observers interpreted as a critique of global leaders, including U.S. President Donald Trump.

However, the pontiff has sought to downplay reports of a personal feud, stating that his remarks were prepared well in advance and focused on the Gospel.

In Angola, he is scheduled to meet with local leaders to discuss the economic challenges facing the oil-rich nation.
