Jonathan Quick Announces Retirement

Jonathan Quick's illustrious 19-year career is coming to a close, marking the end of an era for one of the most successful goaltenders of his generation.

Best known for leading the Los Angeles Kings to two titles and winning the Conn Smythe Trophy in 2012, Quick resuscitated his career in a backup role with the Rangers.

His teammates and coaches have praised his work ethic and leadership, describing him as a first-ballot Hall of Famer.

The Rangers are expected to give 'No. 32' a significant send-off as he hangs up his skates after nearly two decades in the league.
