Security concerns for high-profile AI executives have reached a critical level after a series of attacks on the residence of Sam Altman.

San Francisco police arrested two individuals on Sunday morning after shots were reportedly fired from a vehicle outside Altman's Russian Hill mansion.

This followed the arrest of a Texas man, Daniel Moreno-Gama, who was found with an 'anti-AI' manifesto after allegedly attempting to firebomb the home.

Altman has called for a de-escalation of rhetoric surrounding artificial intelligence as investigators look into potential links between the suspects and extremist groups.
