Indian engineer, innovator and education reformist

Sonam Wangchuk is an Indian engineer, educator, and activist. He is the founding director of the Students' Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL), which was founded in 1988 by a group of students who struggled with the public education system. He also designed the eco-friendly SECMOL campus, which is powered by solar energy.
