Kémi Séba, born Stellio Gilles Robert Capo Chichi, is a French-born Beninese politician, pan-Africanist leader, activist, writer and journalist, known for his opposition to Françafrique and imperialism in the 21st century. Since August 2024 he serves as advisor to Abdourahamane Tchiani, the leader of the incumbent military junta in Niger.
