U.S. Air Force general (born 1968)

John Daniel "Raizin" Caine is a United States Air Force (USAF) general and venture capitalist who became the 22nd chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2025. He served as the associate director for military affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from 2021 to 2024.
