Benjamin Alan Carroll is an Australian politician and lawyer who has served as premier of Victoria since July 2026. He previously served as deputy premier from 2023 to 2026. He has been the leader of the Victorian branch of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) since 2026 and a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly (VLA) for the division of Niddrie since 2012.
