Ermira "Mira" Murati is an Albanian-American business executive. She is the CEO of the AI startup Thinking Machines Lab, which she founded in February 2025. Previously she was the chief technology officer of OpenAI from May 2022 to September 2024, and a senior product manager at Tesla.
