Global investment firm formed by former presidential advisor Jared Kushner
Affinity Partners is an American investment firm based in Miami, Florida. It was formed in 2021 by Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law, who also served as a senior advisor during Trump's first presidency, it serves as a private investment that legally is not subject "to the same anti-money laundering and beneficial ownership reporting requirements of other financial institutions" hence being excluded by the definition of investment company set under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The firm has a focus on investing in American and Israeli companies. Its sources of funding are overwhelmingly from the Saudi Arabian government.
