Sydney marathon unveils medal with wrong stadium
Organisers of the 2026 Sydney Marathon have sparked online mirth by unveiling a participation medal apparently depicting a stadium in far-away Munich in Germany.Marathon organisers say they expect a record of more than 40,000 participants this year, and the medal is a "badge of honour" for completing the 42.2-kilometre (26.2-mile) course.
