Sydney Marathon medal depicts wrong stadium
The 2026 Sydney Marathon organisers apologised after runners discovered the finishers' medal featured Munich's Allianz Arena instead of Sydney's Allianz Stadium.
The error, described as "unfortunate," drew widespread mockery on social media.
The medal was supposed to commemorate the race's highlight but instead featured a German football stadium.
Organisers said they were investigating how the mistake occurred.
