NBI to file 30 more flood-control cases to DOJ, says Matibag
MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) will be filing around 30 more cases with the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding the flood-control anomalies, according to Director Melvin Matibag.
