The White House unveiled plans Wednesday for Donald Trump’s 250-foot “United States Triumphal Arch,” proposed near the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery.
Press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the design will go to the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts Thursday.
