Trump's 'Triumphal Arch' Proposal

Designed to reflect the 'enduring triumph of the American spirit,' the massive arch is a signature project of the Trump administration's arts commission.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the design will be submitted to the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts on Thursday for official review.
