EU to Unlock €10 Billion of Frozen Funds to Hungary
The European Union has reached a deal with Budapest to unlock €10 billion ($11.6 billion) in frozen funding to Hungary subject to reforms, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Friday.
