UK’s Starmer says summit to address Strait of Hormuz this week

The UK prime minister says British ships will not participate in the US blockade.
Keir Starmer says he will convene a summit to help ensure the Strait of Hormuz remains open once the war comes to an end.
Starmer told parliament it must reopen without conditions or tolls.
