Trump cancels sending envoys for Iran talks

Hopes of direct talks between Iran and the US in Pakistan this weekend are over.

Donald Trump has called off a planned trip to Islamabad by his special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

Earlier, the Iranian delegation left Islamabad after its foreign minister Abbas Araghchi met Pakistan's prime minister to outline Tehran's position.
