Lebanon and Israel have agreed 10-day ceasefire, Trump says

Donald Trump has said Lebanon and Israel have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire.

Lebanon's President Joseph Aoun and Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reached the agreement after speaking with the US president, Mr Trump posted on Truth Social.

The ceasefire is set to come into effect from 10pm UK time on 16 April.
